Payments are processed by our third-party provider, Paddle. Where applicable, refunds are issued in accordance with Paddle's policies and local consumer protection laws.

2. Subscriptions

  • Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in advance. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before the renewal date in your account settings.
  • Refunds for Renewals: We typically do not offer refunds for renewal charges once a billing period has started. If you believe a renewal was made in error, contact support within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request.
  • First-time Purchases: If you're unsatisfied with your first subscription purchase, contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We may grant a refund at our discretion if there has been limited usage during the period.

3. One-time Purchases

For one-time purchases (if offered), refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase if there are technical issues preventing reasonable use and we are unable to resolve them after you contact support.

4. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. If you do not wish to continue, cancel before the trial expires to avoid charges. Charges incurred after a trial converts to a paid plan are generally non-refundable.

5. Fraud, Abuse, and Policy Violations

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse, excessive usage inconsistent with a trial evaluation, violations of our Terms of Service, or suspected fraudulent activity.
