We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for purchases and subscriptions made through Deepdive.so. Payments are processed by our third-party provider, Paddle. Where applicable, refunds are issued in accordance with Paddle's policies and local consumer protection laws.
For one-time purchases (if offered), refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase if there are technical issues preventing reasonable use and we are unable to resolve them after you contact support.
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. If you do not wish to continue, cancel before the trial expires to avoid charges. Charges incurred after a trial converts to a paid plan are generally non-refundable.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse, excessive usage inconsistent with a trial evaluation, violations of our Terms of Service, or suspected fraudulent activity.
